Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support day-to-day administrative and tele sales tasks. The role includes handling vendor/customer calls, conducting basic research, downloading and organizing data, and providing general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make and receive calls to vendors and customers for follow-ups and coordination
· Assist with product/vendor/customer research as needed
· Download, maintain, and organize data and records
· Support in preparing basic reports or presentations
· Manage routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
· Good communication skills (spoken and written)
· Comfortable with phone-based interactions
· Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, internet research)
· Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
