Job Summary:
We are hiring Health Insurance Advisors who are driven, customer-oriented, and passionate about helping clients find the right health coverage. You will play a key role in educating students and families about insurance options, guiding them through the enrollment process, and supporting their health security journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand clients’ health and financial needs to recommend the most appropriate health insurance plans.
Clearly explain policy details including benefits, exclusions, premium costs, and claim procedures.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and regular follow-ups.
Assist clients in completing applications and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted.
Maintain regular contact with clients for policy renewals and updates.
Stay informed about new insurance products, industry updates, and IRDAI regulations.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships for ongoing support and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide timely performance reports to the team leader/manager.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of insurance terms and health plan structures.
Prior experience in insurance or sales (preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
Proficiency in local language(s) with working knowledge of English.
Computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, Email handling).
