Clearly communicate the mission, vision, and impact of our projects.

Build rapport with donors and maintain long-term relationships.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets.

Maintain accurate donor information in the database.

Follow professional ethics while handling donor queries, concerns, and objections.

Collaborate with the fundraising team to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).

Confidence and a positive attitude while interacting over phone calls.

Good listening and empathy skills to connect emotionally with donors.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, CRM tools).

Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
