Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential student to understand their needs and convert leads into orders.

• Effectively communicate benefits and handle objections to drive online payment completion.

• Update and maintain accurate customer and sales data in digital systems.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Coordinate with internal teams to clarify student requirements or resolve inconsistencies.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and report any irregularities promptly.

• Generate regular sales reports and performance summaries.

• Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive customer and business information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10-12th.

• Experience Range: 1-3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably with experience in online sales/payment processing.

• Strong communication and convincing skills are a must.

• Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously and meet conversion targets.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
