Department: Sales & Customer Support
Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head
To handle inbound and outbound calls, generate pest control leads, explain company services to potential customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. The Telecaller acts as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in growing the customer base of ECOPULSE PEST MANAGEMENT.
Call potential customers from databases, Justdial, IndiaMART, and other lead sources.
Explain pest control services clearly (e.g., Termite, Cockroach, Rodent, Mosquito, General Pest Management).
Record customer requirements and share with the field team for site inspection or quotation.
Follow up with customers until service confirmation.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and conversion reports.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about chemicals, safety, and service standards.
Coordinate with the Operations team for scheduling and service confirmation.
Maintain good customer relationships and promote company offers or AMC packages.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Prior experience in telecalling / customer support/sales preferred.
Confident, polite, and target-oriented attitude.

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7 PM (Flexible as per campaign)
Salary: Fixed + Incentive based on performance
