Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging apps.
Assess basic eligibility of clients based on provided information (training will be given).
Schedule appointments for walk-ins or online consultations with immigration experts.
Respond to client queries with professionalism and clarity.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and calling targets.
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Confidence and clear telephone manners.
Basic understanding of immigration processes (training will be provided).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
12th/Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or similar field is an advantage.
