Job Description:

NKV Home Depot is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service or inside sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products and services.

Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.

Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product recommendations.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions and provide information.

Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Confident, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.

Good computer skills and experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
