We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Caller to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, pitching event services, and converting inquiries into sales. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, persuasive, and enjoys talking to people.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell event management services.
Explain company services, event packages, and offerings clearly and professionally.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable event solutions.
Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Achieve monthly call targets, lead-generation goals, and sales conversions.
Schedule appointments for on-ground sales teams as required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback from clients to the management team for improving services.
Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, or event management is a plus but not mandatory.
