Make outbound calls to potential students/clients and explain institute courses and services.
Generate leads through daily calling and convert them into admissions/enrollments.
Explain course benefits, fees, offers, and career opportunities to students and parents.
Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission/sales targets.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Handle queries and counsel students to choose the right course.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Experience in tele calling/sales/counseling preferred (freshers can also apply).
