Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data

Management & Administrative Executive. This role is crucial for managing client data, documentation workflows, and supporting internal teams for seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, verify, and update customer and loan data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

• Organize and manage digital and physical files for quick access and proper documentation.

• Support sales and operations teams in preparing client files, KYC documents, and reports.

• Generate summaries and trackers for internal review and decision-making.

• Handle day-to-day admin support like follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and courier/logistics coordination.

• Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

• Experience: 0–2 years in admin, back office, data entry or similar roles

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy

  • Strong MS Excel & documentation handling

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
