We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and highly motivated Tele Caller to join our sales team. This role is fundamental to our business growth, focusing on the essential steps of lead generation and customer qualification. As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibilities will be centered around initiating contact, generating quality leads, and accurately profiling potential customers:
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to a database of potential customers to introduce them to the company's premium vacation membership plans and special holiday offers.
Customer Analysis & Profiling: Engage with customers in a professional and compelling manner to understand their lifestyle, travel habits, vacation frequency, and financial capacity.
Screening & Qualification: Effectively screen and qualify prospects over the call to determine if they meet the required profile for a successful sales presentation, focusing on key demographic and psychographic data.
Profiling Match: Ensure the customer's profile and needs are accurately matched to our membership criteria to generate high-quality leads for the Field Sales Team.
Appointment Setting: Successfully persuade and schedule interested and qualified prospects for a detailed presentation or meeting with a Sales Executive.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with detailed, accurate, and timely information on call outcomes and customer profiles.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and qualified appointments.
Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing/lead generation role (experience in timeshare is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English with a clear and persuasive telephone voice and professional etiquette.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills to quickly analyze and understand customer requirements and motivations.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software/data entry.
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
