Position Overview
We are looking for a female Telecaller to join our Gurgaon team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, explaining our real estate offerings, and contributing to lead generation and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company projects and property options.
Generate leads through telephonic interactions and maintain follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate solutions.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM/lead sheets.
Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
Business Development via Calls
As a telecaller, you will act as the first point of contact between Inaya Reality and potential clients. By effectively communicating project details, handling client queries, and establishing trust, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and supporting overall sales growth.
Requirements
Female candidate preferred.
Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales (real estate background preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
