Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller with at least 1 year of telesales experience to join our team at Globiva. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

Explain product features, benefits, and offers to generate interest.

Handle inbound queries from customers and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

Follow up with potential leads to close sales.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred).

Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
