Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining real estate projects, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from our database or leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Explain residential plots, villas, or projects clearly and confidently.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up with interested clients regularly via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Maintain daily call logs, leads, and reporting using CRM or Excel.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with leads.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments.
Key Skills Required:
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good with follow-ups and time management
• Languages: [e.g., English and Hindi/Telugu/Tamil/Kannada – as per your region]
Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th pass or Graduation preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (Real Estate preferred)
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
