Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Tele Calling position. The individual in this role will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective clients, providing information about our exhibitions and services, and following up on leads. Additionally, the role includes maintaining client relationships, managing client databases, scheduling appointments, and providing customer support to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telemarketing or sales call handling
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Prior experience in the exhibition or events industry is a plus
12th or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration
