To generate and manage sales leads through telephonic and online communication, promote EV charging products and solutions, and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, dealers, and distributors to promote EV chargers and accessories.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and professionally.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, or website inquiries.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team for quotations, order follow-ups, and dispatch updates.
Share brochures, catalogues, and product information via email or WhatsApp as per customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to explain technical products (EV chargers, electrical items, etc.) in simple terms.
