Job Summary
As a Telecaller at Archezy, you will be the first point of contact for architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry. Your goal is to introduce them to Archezy’s cloud-based project management and collaboration platform, generate interest, schedule demos, and help drive user adoption.
📋 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective AEC professionals (architects, consultants, contractors) to introduce Archezy’s features
Handle inbound inquiries, responding promptly via call and email to site/app demo requests
Effectively articulate product features: task management, project workflows, document storage, vendor/client coordination, budgeting, and analytics tools
Achieve lead generation and conversion targets, setting up qualified demo meetings
Maintain and update CRM records accurately with call logs and client feedback
Perform follow-ups, share product resources, and assist with scheduling demos or trial activation
Work closely with the sales and demo team to handover warm leads
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor offerings to improve outreach strategies
