Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Leader with strong experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a proven track record in meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of counselors/sales executives.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales/enrollment targets.

• Provide training, performance feedback, and regular guidance to team members.

• Monitor team performance using CRM tools and ensure process adherence.

• Plan and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.

• Handle escalations and provide solutions to students/parents.

• Coordinate with management for reporting, forecasting, and support needs.

• Ensure high-quality customer experience and maintain service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech or relevant field.

• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving attitude and decision-making ability.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
