Job Title : Team Leader

Role :  The candidate is expected handle team with the 30 Head Count Members. it will be Lead Generation process. The team will be making calls to invited students for seminar and Team leaders work would be getting the work done from the team.

Duties & responsibilities:

1. Keeping a track of teams data and maintaining their attendance report.

2. Getting their targets fulfilled by motivating & supporting them.

3. Train candidates for their regular work.

4. Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly report of their team with regards to work and target achievement.

5. Other duties and and when served.

Location: Sangamwadi, Pune

Qualification & experience required:

1. Bachelors degree from any stream preferred.

2. with Graduation required.

3. Minimum 1-2 years of experience required

Salary Range:

Salary up to 25k + Fixed Salary + Incentives on performance basis

Skills & Requirements:

1. Strong communication and persuasive skills.

2. Previous experience in tele-calling and lead generation is a plus.

Shift Timings & Week off:

•             9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

•             1 Rotational Week Off (Between Monday to Friday)
