The Sales Executive – Personal Loan Sales is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting unsecured personal loan products, and achieving sales targets. The role involves lead generation, customer assessment, loan application processing, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify and acquire potential customers for personal loans through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels.
Promote personal loan offerings, highlighting features like instant approval, flexible repayment, and competitive interest rates.
Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, financial intermediaries, and corporate clients for loan sourcing.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
2. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and partnerships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable personal loan options.
Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment structures to customers.
3. Loan Application & Documentation:
Assist customers in completing loan applications and submitting required documents.
Verify KYC, income proof, salary slips, and credit score eligibility.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams (credit, operations, legal) for loan approvals.
4. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years in Personal Loan Sales.
Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of personal loan products and credit policies
Excellent communication & relationship management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Understanding of financial statements and creditworthiness assessment.
