The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Providing emotional support and counseling to students over the phone.
2. Listening actively and empathetically to student’s concerns.
3. Assessing student’s needs and developing counseling plans
4. Offering guidance and support to help student’s manage stress, anxiety, or other
issues.
5. Maintaining student’s confidentiality and records.
6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals or support services as needed.
7. Managing calls and sessions professionally and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
