·      Skillset -1-year experience in Banking sales / BPO Tele calling experience Mandate

·      Qualification: - Any Graduates 

·      5.5 Days working 2-day week offs. 1st and 3rd Saturday will we working day  

Language Requirements :

JOB ROLES :

1. Call Monitoring: Listening to live or recorded customer service calls.
2. Quality Assessment: Evaluating calls based on predefined criteria such as adherence to scripts, tone of voice, problem resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
3. Feedback Provision: Providing constructive feedback to customer service representatives to improve their performance.
4. Reporting: Compiling and analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
5. Training Support: Assisting in the development of training materials or sessions based on common issues or skill gaps identified during call assessments.
6. Compliance Checks: Ensuring that calls comply with legal and regulatory standards. ### Skills and Qualifications

1. Attention to Detail: Ability to notice small discrepancies and areas for improvement in call interactions.
2. Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze call data and identify patterns or trends.
3. Communication Skills: Proficiency in providing clear, constructive feedback to customer service representatives.
4. Familiarity with CRM Software: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and quality monitoring tools.
5. Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service roles can be beneficial.
