This role involves identifying and connecting with potential buyers and sellers of trademarks, negotiating deals, and facilitating smooth transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property, particularly trademarks, and a passion for sales and business development.
Key responsibilities include researching market trends, sourcing high-value trademarks, developing client relationships, and promoting available trademark assets to potential buyers. You will manage the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach and pitching to closing deals and coordinating with legal teams for transfer documentation.
Success in this role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable with outbound calls, client meetings, and maintaining accurate sales records. A background in sales, branding, or IP law is advantageous.
