Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and new business from Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil & Hindi-speaking regions.

• Understand customer needs and promote relevant products, tools, or AMC services.

• Achieve monthly telesales targets as defined by the sales management team.

• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information and follow-up status.

• Share quotations, explain product benefits, and close sales over phone/email.

• Handle incoming inquiries and resolve objections or queries professionally.

• Assist in day-to-day administrative functions such as order tracking and documentation.

• Generate daily/weekly sales and call performance reports.

• Maintain confidentiality while dealing with customer and company data.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Minimum Qualification).

• 2 – 3 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or telemarketing.

• Fluency in Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.

• Good communication, persuasion, and sales negotiation skills.

• Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets through cold calling.

• Working knowledge of CRM software and Excel.

• Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.

• Background in the automotive aftermarket/tools industry is a plus.
