Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to suppliers, introducing FundRaksha’s services, and onboarding them as per our internal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to suppliers and business owners.

• Explain FundRaksha’s services clearly and professionally.

• Onboard interested suppliers following the defined SOP.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• 1 to 5+ years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good persuasive and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional demeanor.
