Roles & Responsibilities
1) Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy
2) Client Communication, Understanding needs, explaining products/services like Tender
Information, Tender Bidding, GeM portal services, Certification services etc.
3) Aiming to increase revenue through outbound & inbound call.
4) Actively generate leads and engage with potential and existing customers to promote products or
services.
5) Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
6) Ability to convince customers to purchase products or services.
7) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data.
8) Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and loyalty.
9) Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the
telesales executive job role
10) Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
