*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Executive to drive sales growth for our machinery products, including CO2 laser machines, CNC routers, and more. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals over the phone.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Prospecting and Lead Generation:* Identify and contact potential customers through research, databases, and referrals.
2. *Product Presentation:* Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our machinery products to potential clients.
3. *Relationship Building:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. *Sales Conversion:* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales.
5. *Follow-up and Closure:* Follow up with leads, negotiate deals, and close sales over the phone.
6. *Data Management:* Update CRM software with accurate customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback.
7. *Market Feedback:* Provide valuable insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
*Requirements:*
1. 1-3 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in machinery or industrial equipment sales.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Basic knowledge of machinery products (training will be provided).
5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
