Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients from provided databases or sourced leads.
Identify key decision-makers and initiate conversations to understand their needs.
Qualify leads based on company requirements and hand over to sales closers (if applicable).
Pitch company products/services professionally and convincingly.
Follow up consistently with prospects to convert them into customers.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Understand customer pain points and suggest suitable solutions.
Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals over the phone.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, call logs, and conversions.
Provide feedback to management about market trends and customer behavior.
Proven experience in B2B tele sales, inside sales, or business development (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and handle objections professionally.
12th Pass and Above
