We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients over the phone, understanding their property requirements, and promoting our residential real estate projects. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, scheduling site visits, and converting inquiries into sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
Explain project features, location benefits, and pricing details to prospective buyers
Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties accordingly
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships
Minimum 12th pass and above
Prior experience in tele sales or real estate is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus
