Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Generate leads and maintain a customer database.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain call productivity.
Follow up on leads and handle customer queries efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Update CRM with call logs, sales details, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall company goals.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer service.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English/Hindi/odia.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Strong listening and negotiation skills.
