We are hiring a proactive and persuasive SalesTelecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to inform them about insurance products and services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries regarding policies, renewals, and claims.

• Educate customers on policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms.

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role (insurance industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [English, Hindi, Telugu, etc.].

• Basic knowledge of insurance products and services.
