Explain policy features, benefits, and claims processes clearly and effectively.
Assist customers with cashless claim implementation, hospital coordination, and documentation.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into successful policy sales.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and hospitals for claim support.
Handle customer queries related to policy coverage, claims, and renewals.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (healthcare or insurance preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Basic understanding of health insurance, claims process, and cashless hospitalization.
Excellent persuasion and problem-solving skills.
