We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Delmak Lubricants. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12000 - ₹18000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients, distributors, and industrial customers for Delmak Lubricants.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and corporate clients.
Promote the company’s full range of products (Engine Oils, Gear Oils, Grease, Hydraulic Oils, Coolants, etc.).
Conduct market visits, collect feedback, and analyze competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product promotions.
Job Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (Lubricants, Automotive preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel frequently.
