### Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Executive who will help us sell our transportation services (cabs, tempos, mini buses, buses) to customers. The candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi, English, or any other language, able to build rapport, understand client needs, and persuade them to book with us. The role includes meeting sales targets and earning incentives based on sales performance.

### Key Responsibilities

* Approach potential customers (both individuals and organizations) and promote our vehicle‑rental services: cabs, tempo travel, mini buses, and buses.

* Understand customer requirements (destination, timing, comfort, budget etc.) and recommend appropriate vehicle options.

* Provide quotations, negotiate terms, close bookings.

* Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate repeat business.

* Maintain good communication with customers in Hindi, English (and other languages if possible) to ensure they feel comfortable and confident.

* Keep track of bookings, payments, cancellations, and coordinate with operations/driver teams to ensure smooth execution.

* Achieve weekly, monthly sales targets set by management.

* Regular reporting of sales, leads, feedback, and customer satisfaction issues.

* Participate in sales meetings and training as required.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales or customer‑facing role preferred (can also consider freshers with good communication skills and drive).

* Excellent verbal communication in **Hindi and English**; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

* Good interpersonal / negotiation skills; ability to persuade and close deals.

* Basic numeracy and ability to prepare clear quotations.

* Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, email for customer contact.

* Honest, reliable, punctual, self‑motivated.

### Compensation & Benefits

* **Monthly Salary**: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (final amount depends on the candidate’s CV / experience).

* **Incentives / Commission**: Based on sales amount. Can earn up to ₹5,000 or more depending on performance—details to be discussed.

* **Weekly Off**: One fixed weekly rest day. Any one day of week may be taken as a weekly off, to be agreed upon / scheduled.

* Full‑time role.

* Working hours as per company policy; some flexible timings depending on customer calls/requirements.

* Must be able to travel / work outside office if required (customer visits, site inspections etc.).
