We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team at Yava Ayurveda Hospital. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, ensuring daily targets and productivity.
Sales & Conversion: Handle patient inquiries, explain hospital services, and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Training: Train sales staff on communication, service knowledge, and patient handling techniques.
Reporting: Maintain accurate reports of sales activities, conversion ratios, and team performance.
Data Management: Enter, update, and monitor patient data, leads, and follow-ups in CRM / Excel sheets.
Customer Handling: Resolve patient queries, maintain excellent relationships, and ensure high satisfaction.
Coordination: Work closely with marketing & digital team for lead generation campaigns.
Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Process Improvement: Suggest strategies to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
