We’re looking for a Sales Telecaller who’s energetic, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses go digital!
Make outbound calls to potential clients (retailers, distributors, and manufacturers) to promote our e-commerce management services.
Explain the company’s services clearly and answer queries about marketplace onboarding, cataloging, and advertising.
Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with interested clients.
Maintain accurate call logs, client details, and follow-up status in CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve sales strategy.
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing power and ability to handle objections.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) is a plus.
Proficient in Hindi and English; regional language skills will be an advantage.
Goal-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
