Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth by promoting our supply chain marketing solutions to manufacturers, retailers, and logistics partners. This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on sales execution to position our supply chain services as critical enablers of customer success. The ideal candidate understands both the operational value of supply chain solutions and how to translate that value into compelling marketing and sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in the supply chain, logistics, retail, or manufacturing sectors.

• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM management and lead nurturing.

• Understand client supply chain pain points and offer tailored solutions that align with their marketing goals.

• Collaborate with the product and solutions team to provide customer feedback and improve offerings.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social media, events) to promote supply chain marketing services.

• Create content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, website)

• Coordinate with the design and content team to produce compelling marketing collateral for sales enablement.

• Track and analyze campaign metrics to improve marketing ROI and support lead generation.

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Both Freshers and 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing, ideally in supply chain, logistics.

• Understanding of supply chain operations, customer experience, and demand planning.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in delivering client presentations.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into strategy.

• Experience in demand generation and lead nurturing workflows.
