About the Role
We are hiring Sales Executives for a desk-based calling role. All leads will be provided by the company. Clients have already shown interest in our legal services—your responsibility is to explain our detailed process, share commercials, resolve doubts, and close the sale.
This role also includes handling enquiries for Lawsuit Ventures, where clients seek lawsuit funding and case support.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads and call clients who have enquired about our services.
• Clearly explain our complete legal service process and pricing.
• Communicate confidently and simplify complex details for clients.
• Build trust, understand client concerns, and guide them to closure.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and service updates.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities for Lawsuit Ventures
• Explain lawsuit funding, case evaluation, and the approval process.
• Collect case details and coordinate with the underwriting/legal team.
• Assist clients with documentation and eligibility requirements.
• Close funding-related enquiries efficiently.

Requirements
• Fluent communication skills (clear, confident, and good at explaining detailed processes).
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to quickly learn legal and financial services.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Target-driven mindset.

Language Preference
English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marwadi-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
