We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our educational programs and drive admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for student engagement.
🔸 Lead Generation & Follow-up
Generate leads through cold calling, digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and events
Maintain follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and visits
🔸 Counselling & Conversion
Counsel students and parents on available courses, career paths, and benefits
Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive communication and relationship building
🔸 Field Marketing & Branding
Visit schools, colleges, tuition centers, and community hubs to build awareness
Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, workshops, and marketing events
🔸 Digital Marketing Support
Assist in promoting courses via social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and emailers
Coordinate with the digital team for promotional creatives, reels, and online leads
🔸 Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
Meet monthly targets for leads, conversions, and admissions
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain student CRM records
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English, Hindi/Regional)
Convincing skills & confidence in speaking with students and parents
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media
Self-motivated, energetic & result-oriented
Familiarity with educational industry trends (preferred)
