Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
Set daily/weekly/monthly targets
Monitor performance and provide coaching
Conduct team meetings and training sessions
Sales & Revenue
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies
Identify new business opportunities and markets
Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics
Client Handling
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle escalations and key accounts
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Analyze performance data and market trends
Use CRM tools to track leads and conversions
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
3–7+ years of experience in sales
