The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and overseeing client relationship management. This role demands strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to drive sales performance in a competitive real estate market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends.
Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and data-driven insights to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards.
Participate in site visits, property showcases, and client meetings as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
