Key responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to achieve sales goals and expand the client base for immigration services.
Lead and manage the sales team: Coach and evaluate sales staff, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets its targets.
Client acquisition and management: Identify prospective clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and guide them through the sales process.
Provide expert guidance: Offer accurate information and consultations on immigration laws, procedures, and services to meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with legal and processing teams to ensure a smooth and successful client experience from start to finish.
Track and report on performance: Monitor sales activities, maintain detailed records, and prepare reports on sales performance and progress against targets.
