We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Bangalore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring branch-level performance.
Lead and manage the Bangalore sales team (executives + telesales).
Supervise day-to-day sales operations, including customer interactions and order processing.
Ensure consistent follow-up and service to existing customers.
Guide the team to maximize order value, repeat billing, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
Track performance, prepare MIS reports, and submit weekly updates to the zonal head.
Train and mentor team members to boost productivity and efficiency.
Ensure targets, collections, and schemes are communicated and achieved as per plan.
Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (PCD Pharma preferred).
Proven leadership and team-handling capability.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
Proficient in Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.
Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
