The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with decision-makers in Private Limited and Public Limited companies, explaining our services, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities • Outbound Calling: Make cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business. • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects based on their export financing needs. • Pitching & Sales: Explain TradeReboot’s export factoring solutions, handle objections, and close deals. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies. • Targets & KPIs: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services. • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Business background preferred). • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. • Sales Skills: Persuasive, confident, and able to handle rejections. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, Excel, and email communication. • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of export financing, factoring, or banking services.
