We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our IT products and services.
Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
Present and promote Workido’s IT services and solutions to potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to understand customer needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or SaaS/technology product sales (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools is an advantage.
