We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with prior experience in loan sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and converting potential clients into customers over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell personal loans, business loans, or other financial products.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan products.
Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns or referrals.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
Provide complete information to clients about loan terms, documentation, interest rates, and repayment.
Handle objections efficiently and convert leads into successful closures.
Stay updated on loan product features and policies.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales for loans (personal, business, home, etc.)
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge.
Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Loan DSA firms.
