We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining company services, and converting leads into successful closures. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to meet daily targets in a performance-driven environment.
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day or maintain 2.5 hours of active call time after training.
During the 3-day training period, complete minimum 30 calls per day.
Contact and follow up with fresh leads to explain services and solutions.
Build rapport, generate interest, and convert leads into customers.
Submit daily performance reports via WhatsApp.
Provide minimum 10 call recordings daily (post-training).
Perform additional tasks such as form filling, account management, or ID-based work when required.
Attend daily meeting at 6:00 PM (mandatory).
Stay available and active during working hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 month Sales Experience
Must have a smartphone with a new SIM card.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently from home or in hybrid mode.
Strong commitment to target-based performance.
Minimum 6-month commitment is mandatory (short-term candidates will not be considered).
