This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹25000 in an engaging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to introduce & generate sales of our services/products.

• Follow a script and adapt as needed to connect with customers effectively and close sales.

• Accurately record customer information, including purchases, reactions, and preferences for future reference.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year to 2 years experience required in any Wi-Fi broadband sales like Airtel, wiom, jio fiber, tikona, hathway, ACT fibernet, MNTL, you broadband etc.. This position requires 10th Pass and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
