Job Profile: Sales Telecaller – Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecallers to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, generating leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain real estate projects, features, and benefits to customers.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Generate leads and follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
Qualifications:
Education: 10th Pass to Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Fresher to 3 years of telecalling/sales/customer service experience.
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of real estate sales will be preferred
Requirements:
Own vehicle is mandatory (Boys) (for commuting and client meetings if required).
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
