A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, presenting products/services, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, referrals, or online sources.

• Maintain a pipeline of active leads.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

• Visit customers to explain company products/services.

• Give demonstrations or presentations if required.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

3. Sales Conversion

• Negotiate pricing and terms.

• Convert leads into successful sales.

• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve issues.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM/Excel.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Share market insights and customer feedback with management.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with telecalling, marketing, and operations teams.

• Communicate customer requirements clearly to the concerned departments.

7. Market Research

• Understand competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

• Suggest improvements in services/products based on market needs.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate preferred

• Experience in sales (field sales or in-house) is preferred

Salary Range:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + incentives (varies by experience and company)
